Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm we are making it, not when payment is taken. If we cannot make an order we refund it in full within two working days.
Prices
Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and include SST where it applies. If a price is shown in obvious error we will contact you before charging, and you may cancel without penalty.
Flowers are not identical
Every arrangement is made by hand from what the market has that morning. We match the style, the colours and the size of what you ordered; individual stems may differ. If a flower is unavailable we substitute something of equal or greater value in the same palette.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. Where we miss a date we committed to for a dated occasion, we refund the delivery charge.
Somebody must be able to receive the flowers. If nobody is there we will call you and arrange a second attempt.
Returns
Cut flowers are perishable and cannot be returned once delivered. If they arrive damaged or wilted, photograph them and contact us the same day and we will replace them or refund you.
Non-perishable items — vases, gift boxes, preserved arrangements — may be returned unused within the window shown in Settings.
Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Liability
We do not limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
