September Florist Studio is a florist on Jalan Tasik 1, Batu Pahat. We arrange bouquets, gift boxes and opening stands to order — which means we buy in small quantities several times a week rather than filling a chiller, and build each arrangement on the day it goes out.
We buy several times a week in small quantities instead of holding stock. It costs more per stem and it is the reason the flowers last — nothing on our bench has been sitting in a chiller for a week.
Everything is made to order, so a bloom in the photograph is sometimes not good enough on the day. We substitute something of the same value and message you before it leaves, rather than hoping you will not notice.
Every arrangement on this site was made here, and photographed here. Nothing is a stock image, and nothing is assembled somewhere else and relabelled.
If something arrives damaged, send a photograph the same day and we will remake it or refund you. A quiet disappointed customer costs us more than a remake does.
How it is made
Stems are bought several times a week and conditioned overnight. Nothing is assembled in advance, so an arrangement leaves the studio hours after it is made — which is most of the reason it lasts longer than one bought off a shelf.
