Where we deliver
Same-day delivery within Batu Pahat for orders placed before the cut-off shown at checkout. Everywhere else in Malaysia goes by courier and takes one to three working days.
When we deliver
We deliver during shop hours. You can choose a time window at checkout and we will do our best to keep to it, but traffic and weather are not ours to control.
If nobody is home
We will telephone the number on the order. If we cannot reach anybody we take the flowers back to the studio, keep them in water, and arrange a second attempt with you.
For an office or a hospital, we leave them at reception unless you tell us otherwise.
Anonymous deliveries
If you asked us not to say who sent them, we will not — including if the recipient asks.
