A day is plenty for bouquets. Order before 2pm and we can usually deliver the same day inside Batu Pahat. Opening stands need two days so we can letter the board and book the slot.

Close, but not identical. Everything is made to order from stems bought that morning, so we match the shape, size and palette rather than copying flower for flower. If something is not good enough on the day we substitute a bloom of the same value and tell you what changed before it leaves.

RM 10 within Batu Pahat, postcode 83000, delivered by us. RM 15 anywhere else in Malaysia by courier, arriving in one to three working days.

The driver calls the number on the order before leaving. If we cannot reach anyone we leave the flowers with a neighbour or the guardhouse where it is safe to, photograph where they were left, and message you. We do not leave flowers in the sun.

Yes. Tick the box at checkout and your name appears nowhere on the card or the packing slip.

Card through Stripe, or online transfer and DuitNow. If you transfer, use your order number as the reference and send the receipt to WhatsApp — we confirm it the same day and start on the flowers once it clears.

Five to seven days in air conditioning, less in a hot room. Trim two centimetres off the stems at an angle when they arrive, change the water every second day, and keep them out of direct sun and away from ripening fruit.

Send us a photograph on the day they arrive and we will remake and redeliver, or refund — whichever you would rather. We would much rather hear about it than not.
