Your name, email, phone number, delivery addresses and order history. If you create an account we also store your saved recipients and their occasion dates. We do not collect or store payment card numbers — those go directly to our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider.
To fulfil orders, provide delivery updates, handle returns, and — only if you opt in — send marketing. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anyone, ever.
Strictly necessary cookies keep your bag and session working. Analytics cookies are optional and off until you accept them. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie link in the footer.
Order records are retained for seven years as required by Malaysian tax law. Account data is deleted within 30 days of you closing your account, except those order records.
You can request a copy of everything we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days, free of charge.
Payment processing, delivery, email delivery and cloud hosting are handled by third parties bound by data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
