What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, delivery addresses and order history. If you create an account we also keep your saved recipients and their occasion dates.
We never see or store card numbers. Card payments are handled on our payment provider's own page.
Signing in with Google
You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. Both are optional — you can order as a guest without an account at all.
If you choose Google, we receive your name, your email address and your profile picture from Google, and nothing else. We use them to identify your account and to send you order updates. We do not post anything to your Google account, we do not read your contacts, your calendar or your files, and we do not share what Google gives us with anybody.
You can disconnect this site from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Doing so does not delete your orders with us — write to us if you want the account removed as well.
Why we collect it
To make and deliver your flowers, to tell you where the order is, and to handle a problem if there is one. Marketing emails only if you asked for them.
We do not sell your details to anybody.
Cookies
The cookies that keep your basket and your sign-in working cannot be switched off — the site does not function without them. Analytics cookies are optional and do not load until you accept them.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, because Malaysian tax law requires it. Everything else is removed within 30 days of you asking us to close your account.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will do it within 30 days, at no charge.
