An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send your dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken. If we cannot fulfil an order we refund it in full within two business days.
Prices include SST where applicable and are shown in Malaysian ringgit. If a price is listed in obvious error we will contact you before charging and you may cancel without penalty.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates. Where we miss a date we committed to for a dated occasion, we refund the delivery charge automatically.
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Personalised and engraved pieces are excluded unless faulty. Statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 are unaffected.
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
